1er Email de convocation du Personnel

Chers Collègues,
Je voudrais vous informer qu'une mission de CHRM devait arriver  hier à Abidjan pour tenir aujourd'hui 28 novembre 2003 une réunion d'informations à l'intention du personnel de la Banque au siège. Pour des raisons d'indisponibilité de vols, la misson ne pourra être malheureusement à Abidjan que durant le week-end. En conséquence, cette réunion d'informations aura lieu le lundi 1er décembre 2003 à 9:00 heures du matin à l'Auditorium au 18ème étage Tour SUD.  Tous les membres du personnel sont invités à y participer. Je vous remercie.

I would like to inform you that a CHRM mission was due to arrive yesterday in Abidjan to organize today 28 November, 2003 an information meeting to Bank staff at the Headquarters. Due to flights unavailability, the mission will be unfortunately in Abidjan only over the week-end. Subsequently, the information meeting will now be held on Monday 1st December, 2003 at 9:00 AM in the Auditorium of the 18th floor South Tower.  All staff are invited to attend. I thank you.
